In the most recent incident, a case of misbehavior and a scuffle involving Shahr Qazi and a Muslim woman has come to light, resulting in a riot by pro-Hindu organizations. The local police have registered an FIR against both the accused parties and the Shahr Qazi. The incident in the Silver Park Colony of Dewas district unfolded when a group of 6-7 boys, reportedly affiliated with a Hindutva organization, began making lewd comments at a Muslim woman passing by. The woman, who was subjected to this distressing act, happened to be acquainted with the junior Qazi of the district. Upon receiving information about the incident, Qazi Abul Kalam and several local residents immediately gathered at the scene, sparking a protest against the offenders. The incident has raised concerns about the increasing tensions between Hindu and Muslim communities in the state.
