Karnataka: The posters insulting Tipu Sultan and other Muslim kings

In Chikkodi town, Belagavi district, Karnataka, tensions arose after posters insulting Tipu Sultan, the former ruler of Mysuru, and other minority community kings appeared. This led to increased security measures by the police as a precautionary step. Members of the minority community had requested action against those responsible for the posters and against individuals who shared them on WhatsApp statuses.
