Uttar Pradesh: Court extends ASI survey deadline for Gyanvapi mosque complex

In Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, a court granted an extension until November 17 to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to finalize its scientific survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex and submit the corresponding report.

The court was informed that the ASI has completed its survey, but it may take some more time for compiling the report along with the details of the equipment used in the survey work, Srivastava said.
